Franchise players is a businessman Q & A interview column for a few Spotlight franchise. If you are a franchise advice and tips to share, franchise-mail players@entrepreneur.com.
Pa pules, Kevin had a nice place, life - is director of the company, with 300 employees. But the desire to start their own business was split and selected two franchises after the connection. "I am a born leader, and I like to make decisions in this regard. I like to be in control," he says. "Without political office or corporate useless bureaucracy, everything is moving very fast." The plates also had some other things going for it: a solid savings, family chock full of advice to small business people and the patience needed to protect against the success of this last point was important. Papule had to fill out income for many years and pose a privilege motivated workforce but what he calls the "work ethic" helped. The ultimate business took off and have not looked back.

About Your franchiser should give you the tools to succeed
Why franchise;
Ideas and procedures already in place, training and includes detailed network and the camaraderie that started.
What to do before become a franchise owner?
I was the IT manager of 300 employees in the company.
Why choose this particular franchise?
It was the right application at the right time. My dream has been replaced by good-time property companies. It would be wise to save the money that all the ingredients fall into place - plus, I come from a family of small business owners so the tip was plentiful and easy to obtain.
How do you rate has gone before officially open for business?
I spent $ 15,000 for a franchise fee of $ 100,000 to business acquisitions and $ 25,000 marketing materials and signs - $ 140,000 in total.
Where do you get most of your tips / do most of your research?
I got most of my counsel from a family (there are a lot of small business owners in my immediate and extended family - I have blood!) I use the Internet like no other to define the market and to help me build my business plan. I called a lot of franchise owners the message communications and competition (UPS Store, independent of mailbox owners, and others) with questions and answers and comparing alarming numbers list.
A: The Franchise Players: customers buy a franchise store to close
What was the most unexpected challenges to open its franchise;
For me, I had work to do acting in a financially sustainable way of business. Initially, work was slow, so to supplement their income with some other companies. However, over time, the systems and procedures used for mail connections began to interfere with my work ethic; and now after five years, I do not have time for anything else!
What advice do you have for people who want to have their privilege?
I love the freedom it gave me. I am a born leader, and I like to make decisions in this regard. I like to control. In addition to political office or corporate useless bureaucracy, everything moves very quickly. There is nothing to prevent you convert your dreams into reality. But do not come easily - put in tons of time, but it's all worth it. I love the possibilities offered me the franchise.
What are you and your business future?
Now I'm squeezing every opportunity to take advantage of the business dynamics through appropriate marketing and accounting. It's like a simplified operations, and built their customer base, networking and sales. I learned so much from these efforts, and I love it! What's next? More culture more learning and, hopefully, more successful. Looking for the implementation of the interests and knowledge of my 3D printing in this business, and so on.
